These General Giveaway Rules (“Rules”) apply to all giveaways, sweepstakes, and contests (“Giveaways”) run by Freedom Fabs unless otherwise stated in specific giveaway terms. By entering any Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Rules and any additional rules or conditions provided in the promotional materials.

1. Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older to enter.

Open to legal residents of the United States unless otherwise specified.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Freedom Fabs or its affiliates are not eligible.

2. Entry Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win unless explicitly stated.

Entry methods may include, but are not limited to: submitting a form, following a social media account, tagging friends, or making a purchase.

One entry per person unless otherwise noted.

3. Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway will have a clearly stated start and end date. Entries submitted outside of that timeframe will not be valid.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected at random or by criteria stated in the specific giveaway details.

Winners will be contacted via the method used to enter (email, social media DM, etc.).

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.

Freedom Fabs reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Rights & Permissions

By entering, you grant Freedom Fabs permission to use your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Disqualification

Freedom Fabs reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating, tampering, or violating these Rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Freedom Fabs from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the entry process will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.
